There are many things that could be causing the ringing in your ear. In fact I have shared some of them in my previous writings. To make for easy reading and understanding I have put the causes in a list so that you can follow them without any problems.

  • You may be stressed or anxious about something. This can be due to a passed or upcoming event. Stress normally causes some chemical imbalances, which have a direct effect on the fluids in your ears
  • Being inactive or lacking exercise: Long periods of inactivity usually cause many problems in the body and one way these problems show up is through the ringing of the ears.
  • Poor dietary techniques: Alcohol and junk food have also been know to contribute to this condition. Cut back on the alcohol and try to eat vitamin rich foods.
  • Exposure to loud sound or loud noise in ears: Some of the causes of ringing in the left ear can be cause by being at a concert, night club or through being exposed to loud sound like rock music.
  • Childhood Surgery: You might have had something things inserted into your ears during some medical examinations when you were young. This may have damaged your inner parts and may also be leading to some headaches and irritability. If this is the cause then it should be attended to as soon as possible because it will continue to get worse.
