Once upon a time there was a Marin County lawyer named Jenny Craig. Jenny was lucky enough to find her first job at the offices of a successful Sausalito law firm. Life was expensive in Sausalito, but it was worth it to her. As the struggling newcomer to the firm, she was willing to stick it out and work her way through the ranks.

However, things changed. After working hard for three years only to see a more well-endowed newcomer beneath her get promoted ahead of her, she got fed up. She knew it wasn’t because she wasn’t good at her job. She was very good at it. The reason the other girl got promoted was simply because she was sleeping with the boss.

Jenny was faced with a dilemma. She could either just quit and go into private practice or she could sue her sexist pig of a boss.

She decided just to go. Jenny was a smart young woman and knew that she had to make some changes in her life if she wanted to succeed. She went on a weight loss program, for starters. Pretty soon, she was looking so good, her old boss asked her if she wanted to come back. She just laughed and walked away.

The next thing Jenny did was change her name. She changed it to Marin Mirin. It was a catchy name and she took full advantage of it. She was now a Marin County lawyer with a Marin County name. She started taking clients away from her old boss without even trying.

And it only got better! About six months later, Suze approached her. She had gained some weight and as a result, the boss had dumped her and found another lover. Marin offered her a job and some advice about diets that work.

Marin and Suze became the best of friends and a fantastic legal team. They combined ambition and an unquenchable desire to take their revenge on their former employer to catapult them to success. They even took their old boss’s girlfriend away from him. The three of them became known as the ‘Charlie’s Angels’ of Sausalito because they were so hot looking and good at what they did.

Now, the name of the firm is ‘Marin and Partners.’ They are the largest law firm in Marin, while their old boss is known as an ‘ambulance chaser.’ They have achieved success and gotten their revenge as well. Life is sweet sometimes!
