The Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship is to assist single paretns to complete a post-secondary education.To win this scholarship you must live in Arkansas, graduated from high school or have a GED.  Applicants must be residents of the county they are applying in, must earn income at or near the poverty level, and haven’t received a baccalaureate degree.
