If you’ve been looking for a new set of knives, you will be very happy with this set. There is nothing more unsettling than an unsharpened knife in your hand. And having a dull or cheap knife in your hand could also easily lead to a nasty injury. Contrary to popular belief, a sharp knife is a safer knife. These knives are sharp and stay sharp. They cut through everything with ease and precision. And all this is completed with a lovely block that has a place for every knife your kitchen will need.

I have heard a few complaints in regards to this set. On occasion your set may be missing a knife. This is easily resolved by calling the manufacturer and having them send you the missing knife. Another down side is the cost. As far as good knives go, this is a reasonable price. But you might find that a cheaper set would suit your needs if you’re not cooking every day. But anyone cooking poultry always appreciate a good poultry knife. And cutting through things like bread and tomatoes can be difficult without a sharp knife. They can become quickly flattened and messy. In this chef’s opinion, these knives are quality and well worth the cost.
