The satellite radio sensation is sweeping America. And why not? No commercials and very music taste specific; it’s a great idea whose time has come. And this unit is a favorite of mine for several reasons. First, it gets good reception. There are so many radio waves flying all over the place these days and good reception is becoming an issue again not because off lack of technology, but of too much. There have been some concerns regarding the FM modulator, but they are mild at worst. It depends on where you are and varying other factors, just like any other wireless satellite product. Also it has a magnetic antenna, this is a great option compared to the adhesive option on most models. You can move this radio from car to car with almost no effort in just seconds. This is also a small unit. Many of the other models in this price line and quality are quite larger.

This model also is a great home unit. You can put the antenna on the top story of a three story house and get great reception in any room. You can even get great reception in a basement in most cases. Then you have and added benefit of having great reception around your house. Take it out to the work shop or slip it in your pocket during lawn work. This is the ideal satellite radio for me.
