Personally I need to know the water I am drinking is safe & healthy. It seems to me the best way to do this is with the Brita Magnum Deluxe 3-Quart Water Filtration Pitcher. The space saving flat sides feature is perfect for those of us who love ice-cold water and store our pitchers in the fridge. 3 quarts (this models capacity) will fill up your 12 cup coffee maker as well as allow you to enjoy two or three glasses of water.

The pitcher when full is somewhat heavy – I suppose an arm work out is always nice. Even though the pitcher is a bit heavy, the easy grip rubberized handle will help you get a grip on things. I do have one annoyance and pet peeve with this model, and that would be the flap device that sits above the spout. This is a crazy little design flaw that the Brita people need to rethink. More often than not this flipping-flap does not open correctly when you pour causing spills and messes.

Overall, I would highly recommend having the Brita Magnum Deluxe 3-Quart Water Filtration Pitcher at home, at the office in College dorm rooms or anywhere you’d like to enjoy safe tasty water. The price is very affordable which makes for easy gift giving. Brita + Water = Peace of Mind.
