Hand Lotion
How I love to take a wonderful smelling hand lotion and sooth my hands. I love the smell and the feel the hand lotion gives me. It makes me feel feminine when my hands are soft. But hand lotion is not restricted to women. I know many wives who wish there husbands would consider using hand lotion on the romantic occasion. Yes, we all use some hand lotion sometimes.
So how do you choose between all the lotions out there? Do you want scented or not? Or do you what something natural? Maybe you don’t care what chemicals they use in your hand lotion as long as it smells and works well. There are a million options out there, and one of them is for you.
The most important factor is safety. If you have sensitive skin, any hand lotion that has a heavy scent could send you into an itchy frenzy. But almost all reputable lines of hand lotion have a sensitive skin product and even those have a variety of scents. Just look for the word sensitive, and chances are you’ll be fine. You may also consider the hypoallergenic lines out there s you’re really sensitive.
But if you are one of those lucky folks who can use the any of the large variety of scented hand lotions, enjoy! Go in and try a few samples at a time, your senses can only take so much at once. Also try using each sample in a different spot so you can see how effective the lotion is. After all, the main point of hand lotion is to soften your hands and then maybe give you the added benefit of a lovely scent. And if all this fails, ask your dermatologist, there are great prescription hand lotions available so that no one is without excuse for rough hands.
